The world can’t get enough of Cara Delevigne. Now the designer Tom Ford is also succumbed of the magic of the hottest supermodel in the world. For his new campaign of his luxury fragrance “Black Orchid” he hired the young British woman, whose trademarks are her distinctive eyebrows.
Die Welt kann nicht genug von Cara Delevigne bekommen. Nun ist auch Top-Designer Tom Ford der Magie des angesagtesten Topmodels der Welt erlegen. Für die neue Kampagne seines Luxus-Duftes „Black Orchid“ engagierte er die junge Britin, deren Markenzeichen ihre markanten Augenbrauen sind.
Seit seiner Lancierung 2011 hat sich die schwarze Orchidee Tom Fords in Windeseile als eines der beliebtesten Luxusparfums weltweit etabliert.

Schließlich wurde bislang alles zu Gold, was der kalifornische Modedesigner und gelegentliche Filmregisseur („A Single Man“, 2009) in die Hände bekam. Der blumige Duft exotischer Orchideen, der mit würzigen Duftelementen angereichert ist, verleiht „Black Orchid“ einen zutiefst orientalischen, sinnlichen und überaus femininen Charakter. Ein Hauch von dunkler Mystik umgibt jede Frau, die ihn aufträgt. Auch das Paradigma der neuen Kampagne ist in diesen Kontext eingebettet: Delevigne liegt in einem seichtem Gewässer vor schwarzem Hintergrund. Sie trägt schwarzen Nagellack und hält einen Flacon des Parfums in der linken Hand. Ansonsten ist sie von nichts als ein paar Wassertropfen bedeckt. Tiefsinn, Verführung und Mystik sind die Assoziationen, die hier ohne Umschweife beschworen werden. Dass Tom Ford das begehrteste Topmodel des Planeten als Botschafter des auratischen Luxus-Duftes auserwählt hat, wird den Zauber der „Black Orchid“ noch magischer machen.
